Samuel NiiTeiko Tackie,Founder and President of Ghana Fatherhood Initiative Foundation has been confirmed as the 'Ghana Coordinator for International Men's Day'.

He is to be in-charge of International Men's Day programs in Ghana.

1ST ANNUAL BOOK DONATION EVENT 2009. 

Ghana Fatherhood Initiative Foundation, made history on the 20th November, as part of International Men's Day and Universal Children's Day, on 19th and 20th Novovember 2009 respectively by donating books to Schools in the Ablekuma Sub-District in Accra!

Every achiever and in fact every man that ever mattered on this earth had crave for knowledge. They were ardent readers of books, which rightly explain why "readers are said to be leaders!"

The books donated to the Schools were gifts from ALL-TIME EVENTS CONSULTS to Ghana Fatherhood Initiative Foundation. 

The Event was Chaired by Mr.George Odame, the Advisory Board Chairman of Ghana Fatherhood Initiative Foundation.

The Chairman did encourage Fathers to read to their children as part of responsible fathehood duties.He also said,this event is going to be an annual event and wish other corporate bodies and individuals will join Ghana Fatherhood Initiative Foundation in this direction.

Mr. Maxwell Mac.Ocloo was the special guest of hounour,he delivered a message on the Theme"MEN LET US BE INSTRUMENTS OF POSITIVE INFLUENCE".

His message was base on leadership by example.He encourage Parents to always set good examples for the Children to emulate.He thanked the Founder of Ghana Fatherhood Initiative Foundation for the idea of the Fatherhood Initiative and encourage all Advisors and Executives of Ghana Fatherhood Initiative Foundation to put in their maximum support for the Foundation,he said to all stakeholders not to just sit on the bench but to get directly involved in activities of the Foundation.

Mr.Maxwell Mac Ocloo is a Member of the Advisory Board of Ghana Fatherhood Initiative Foundation,he is an Educationist and a marriage counsellor.

The Schools present were encourage by the Executive Cordinator of Ghana Fatherhood Initiative Foundation, Mr. William Laryea to be the pace-setters of GFIF Dads' Club Chapter programmes in Ghana by establishing Dads' Club Chapters in their various Schools.

Participants to the Event were all given free T-shirts donated by ALL-TIME EVENTS CONSULTS,Accra-Ghana and were refreshed.

In general,the event was successfully organise and well participated by all invited Persons and institutions.

Participants,invited guest and all present at the event were deeply thanked by the Executive Assistant of Ghana Fatherhood Initiative Foundation for participating in the 1ST Annual Book Donation and being part of the wonderful History of Ghana Fatherhood Initiative Foundation.

After the Event,the Founder of Ghana Fatherhood Initiative Foundation,called his two Children, Samilia 9, and Emerson 7 and asked them about the whole program.His Children showed some sort of happiness and thanked him for the wonderful idea of Ghana Fatherhood Initiative Foundation.
